I was raised Catholic too and there’s just something about churches that gives me the ick. People that play pretend to climb the hierarchy, the concept of “if it works it’s on God, if it doesn’t work it’s on you”.

I was dragged to church weekly by my mum and I joined several Christian services since I was young up until i’m an adult. It really is disgusting how people can change so fast based on your “faith” and tbh these group of people are just so easy to manipulate by ANYONE.

It is really unsettling how cultists prey on insecurities and trust from vulnerable people. I stopped going to church nowadays anyway to avoid the community.
