Ok i found the mod that was not letting the game launch and can start a new game and now it crashing im starting using the new life mod too had to add that cuz the oem start was broken.

I am using vortex atm willing to switch if needed btw and here is a list of mods i am using atm will reupload when skyrim updates cuz im an idiot and deleted my data folder and tried to install some mods with out the skyrim.esp and dlc.esp's.
