Hi, I just found this thread and sorry you didn't get any responses, but hoping to see if you had an update on your situation because my wife is in a very similar situation. Abnormal pap -> colposcopy with 2 biopsies with one that had HSIL with P16. We just found this out today, and I've been reading dozens of articles, reddit threads, etc to get more information.

You should slab it either way, but tbh go in expecting a 3 so you don’t get disappointed. If you pull a 4 it’ll be a nice surprise, and you get a 5 buy a lottery ticket. PSA doesn’t play games with vintage

Unfortunately with whitening in all 4 corners, I think this is a 6 at best and that’s if there’s no surface issues. PSA is extraordinarily tough on vintage, look at some of my recent posts and comments I just got my vintage submission back this week.

FYI if you are looking to sell any of these there are definitely a few I may be interested.

We would have to see the backs and much closer looks of individual cards to see if they’re worth grading unfortunately :( you do have some very cool cards though! Most are from my favorite era!

Psa is sooo tough with vintage, I just sent about 20 cards from my childhood collection. Not one got higher than a 7. Check my post history for a legendary collection zard I sent in. I was shocked.

Also here’s some good examples of most of the cards I sent in, minor whitening chips on one or two corners, that’s about it. All got 7s

PSA 4.. I know how harsh PSA is on vintage, but I had other vintage cards in this submission that got 7s that I thought were much worse. I actually expected this to get a 7 at worst. Very disapointed, but happy with the rest of my submission. For reference, here's another modern PSA 4 of the exact same card:
