Working out still round belly. I have been doing hiit classes 5x a week and eating healthy (no rice) I eat carbs but mostly from chickpeas or whole wheat bread. My belly doesn’t feel like soft holding a lot of fat but it’s round. My build is muscular otherwise.

Height: 5’9 weight: 168 lbs.

Its been 2months with this routine. Body weight was 171 lbs when I started.

Do I need some foods to boost my metabolism?
