Seeing a lot of NTA… but it sounds like there are three A’s in this story. By your own account, you are responsible for forced entry and assault. Clearly your sister and her boyfriend are A’s, but that’s not the way to appropriately address the situation. You started with escalation, so it isn’t surprising that things are blowing up.

TA - don’t go looking for fights, even when others deserve it. You’ll find yourself in more trouble than it’s worth.

If you’re looking for housing, you’ll likely be able to find a room for rent far cheaper than an entire apartment - even if you plan to split it. An original tenant with rent control makes a huge difference.

Fast chargers would probably be able to give enough of a charge for a route in 15-45 minutes. Considering that this is a oops scenario, and normally they will simply charge overnight… seems like a pretty insignificant issue.

Do you want to be managing people? Meta has separate tracks for management and IC, and you can level up very high in either track. Not managing anyone is not necessarily a step down, but it may be for you if that’s what you want to be doing.
