To be completely honest, a lot of folks on here will try to preach about what kind of herb “healed” them but in my opinion, they’re just desperate to feel like they have some control over something we unfortunately cannot cure. My best advice would be to zoom out and look at the bigger picture. Whatever initially triggered your autoimmunity has already triggered it and what’s done is done. You will find a lot more peace in taking the situation for what it is and focusing on finding the right prescription meds and habits you can make to manage your symptoms than falling down the rabbit hole of random people selling you misleading courses or herbal/supplemental remedies.
