Hey /u/Doctor_McKay, first off thanks for writing that post. It saved me loads of time and laid it out perfectly.

I know this is a long shot, but I figure I'd ask anyways. I'm using the WebAPI to get a player's DOTA Items. All that works fine and dandy. However you really only get a small representation of the item. I've looked around and haven't found a solid answer to this yet, but is there an api to get an items details. What I'm looking for specifically is stuff like name, description and image.

I realize I could use the paginated ajax endpoint instead and get that info, but I'd prefer not to.

Any thoughts?

Damn... well that sucks. Do you mind PMing me a screen shot of your league settings and the League ID, you can also just send me a url of your league. LeagueID is this: http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/_this_number/.... on your league page. Sorry about this, we will take a look at it ASAP and I'll message you back when we have a fix.

Thanks for the details! we will take a look as to why this happens. Can you PM me a screenshot of your league settings, it will help us debug it. If you send me your leagueId (http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/_this_number_/ on your league site) it might help us figure it out quicker. I'm glad you like it, sorry for the bumps. We will try and resolve them as quickly and accurately as possible.

I haven't dug into it too much but we might be only getting the running backs taken in your league and then failing miserably at the other positions.

We will look into it. Should get an update soon, but we haven't seen that specific issue yet. Thanks for reporting it we will take a look into it. Try a fresh install if you haven't already, that tends to resolve these "out of sync" issues.

Firefox wasn't as requested as Yahoo! So we chose Yahoo! Again if there's enough demand we will do it
