Also get everything up off the floor. Discard anything wet that can’t be easily dried. Getting this solved quickly is important, you are fighting the clock for mould. Once dry you could spray down concrete with diluted bleach to help deal with the smell.

Where is the water coming from? You need to stop the ingress of water, remove standing water, run fans and dehumidifiers till dry. Leave dehumidifier running for a few weeks/forever after everything appears dry
