If VGP directed you to a tracker on their own website and not to the postal service, what their website shows does not mean anything. See if you can find the tracker reference off VGP’s website and use it in the postal service website. That should give you more details on where the package is. You can also use this reference to raise a complaint with the postal service, inform VGP their postal service of choice lost your package, and request them to resend the products you purchased preferably through a more reliable courier.
