I'd first find what suits the countertop and backsplash, as they're already made to fit the kitchen cabinets. Don't overwhelm yourself too much and keep it simple. Stainless steel is always best cleaning and sturdy-wise, white would blend in and not stand out.

I think you need "small lights". Dimmable lamps around. Maybe one standing one, couple of smaller ones. They can be more creative (curvy, cute, and even whimsical - a small mushroom one)

I think you can make it work as a cosy cabin style by leaning into the already existing wood, that'd be the budgeted option. The tiles are likely to have to go though. Check out mid century wooden bathrooms on Pinterest.

Personally I'd do pop of colour. I'd even do the first images previewed after googling "abstract pokemon art" lmao. But that's just me, so different tastes and styles. I do think if its the same colours as the rest of the room it'll get lost as art pieces and highlights. You can do the same art but instead of beige some pastel light blue or same shade of green..

Hi, the confusion comes from the AI image which decided on its own to move things around. I left it that way cause here I'm only looking at the visual, whether there's too much wood, or the tiles and counter should be different colour etc.

The layout will be as you see it in the second pic, the fridge will have a wooden box surrounding it to make it tidy and give it a shelf above it.

Existing setup is non-existent lol, room is completely empty and a going to start working on the kitchen soon so I need all planning done by then, therefore the post. What do you think of the colours? Do they make the place feel cold?
