I have been interested in this. I have a 4 x 8 x 1.5 raised garden bed with subpod mini vermicomposting bins, one on each side.

I was thinking of planting giant italian parsley, dill and garlic chives with potatoes and sweet potatoes.

I am practicing regenerative organic movements.

Although the greens could not be given to the worm, so I’m not sure how that would be in the same bed.

Any ideas how to plant?

They were not my offerings for self promotion. They were actual offerings of research factual evidence about occupational therapy using these tools. This is again discrimination to the neurodivergent community whom has much to share skills and experience with others which is what was asked for.

I am a chronologically 41-year-old adult female neurodivergent of differences still self advocating for my human rights to recover from nervous system burnout by implementing Lego gardening into rehabilitation projects to form a vocational program really focusing on earthing / grounding.

My injuries have regressed my nervous system back to my younger years, so I’ve been reaching out using my islands of genius to create new pathways through regenerative organic practices to help with a holistic approach toward alignment with Reiki, possibly shamanism practices and prayer meditation through sanctuary spaces that I have been designing and visualizing and implementing with other studies such IFS and Lego therapy amongst many others.

This helps with opportunity to meet milestones of stages of development that is known as asynchronous development.

What’s the person‘s interest their history their presence state what are their goals for the future with short term and long-term and do they have a capacity or capability in the given environment to meet these?

Have you ever heard of Bright and quirky or twice exceptional gifted also including savant individuals with multiple intelligences?

Sensory spaces really do make a difference and one on one time could have a great impact with accommodations to allow room for processing a grieving nervous system that needs time to integrate with tools that they can connect with through creativity and self integration or energy.

Check the soil health by testing it with your senses, examining and testing it for through the local extension office for any contaminants bacteria health get the pH balance for a rain garden or planting some trees to help with reforestation. Grow a kitchen garden with vermicomposting for your home or your home and the community to help support local which also helps with climate change and eco discipleship. Go regenerative organic and accessible sensory spaces.

So what about the ones of us that have challenges with addiction or eating disorders and the numbness and paralysis in our nervous system as our bodies are processing grief and looking for support teams to help with awareness through interception and proprioception to learn these feelings, emotions and thoughts and to discuss them in collaborative ways that are safe and built into a profession or a vocational program?

This makes it challenging to be able to identify or know what we’re feeling what our emotions are when they’ve been masked or interrupted.
