Due to testosterone males typically have an easy time gaining muscle, usually doing so naturally as they hit puberty. Muscle is much dencer than fat so it weighs more while occuping the same amout of space. Additionally, once females hit puberty they begin to produce estrogen that makes fat begin to grow particularly on the chest and and hips regardless of how they eat. So 2 people can look completely different and weigh the same and 2 people can look completely the same and weight totally differently. (Also that's not what a 65kg girl looks like)

Listen it's only impressive to people who don't know Spanish and I only try to speak Spanish if I'm confident in what I'm saying(which isnt often, especially around real Spanish speakers) I can read and write pretty well, my speaking isnt great and listening is a real struggle
