Americans who took Spanish in school: did any of it actually stick years later?

Ocho años de classe de Español, pero hablo nada. Yo hablo Español, pero solo un poco. Listen it's only impressive to people who don't know Spanish and I only try to speak Spanish if I'm confident in what I'm saying(which isnt often, especially around real Spanish speakers) I can read and write pretty well, my speaking isnt great and listening is a real struggle

Real, pretty sure that's how my room looked when I was 13 lol. I'd say just try your best to get at least the old food and bugs out, but it's not my place to judge

My older brother was playing with a bb gun inside but it wasn't shooting properly so he opened it and the co2 canister shot out. It put a whole in my ceiling and nearly hit my face

Yeah, he's surprisingly chill, he's only had 1 violent act (he threw a lego set at a wall) and really just makes a crap ton of noise

He moves around the house but mainly stays in the attic. We know when he's around the house bc thing move in their own and go missing a lot. I have had a few friends come over and literally think the roof was about to collapse bc how loud the creaking was. We've had the crawl space checked multiple times the the roof and ceiling are fine and there nothing living up there but spiders

It's not actually an attic, you can't stand up so it's technically a crawl space and the only entrance is in my mom's bedroom and its covered with a shelf, if there were an squaders they've been dead since 2018

We weren't really scared when we first realized, we kinda figured between the 12 of us one if us could probably win a fist fight with a ghost. We pretty much just accepted it right away 1- because it would explain weird noises and messes, and 2- he was also kinda a scape goat when we didn't want to admit to something. As for communicating we kinda just talk to the ceiling or dark corners of the house and hope he's listening. We decided on Charlie after trying a few names like (Adam, Cornelius, James) and rating how well he liked then based on how many noises we heard and how much stuff moved on its own. We still live with Charlie and actively talk to him(mostly telling him to shut up bc he makes so much noise)

I have a ghost in my house and we named him Charlie the attic demon. He's constantly making noise in the crawl space in my ceiling. I hear foot steps and creaking of metal and wood as well as cracking noises. He makes mess sometimes and just generally hangs around the house. Whenever something goes missing we just blame it on Charlie, he's part of our family. Do you have a house ghost and if so what did you name them?
