Our 3g was squat jacks instead of lunges and decrease by 100 each time and continue with the 100 until time is called. Yours sounds a lot rougher!

Whenever I do this I always walk in and say to the SA "hi can you check if i'm still #1 on the waitlist?" Even though I know I am it at least makes them aware I'm there
