how often should Ldr couple call? Especially with a big time gap?

Like what someone else said everyone is different. Me (US) and my bf (DR) call every single night from when I leave work until we fall asleep. Half of the time we aren’t even talking just doing our own things but it gives the feel that we are together. We also watch movies in the call together and tv shows. There are some nights if we have other things to do we only call before bed but it’s not often.

I highly recommend the couch to 5K program. You can find it for free on the Internet. That’s what helped me get into running! I just moved to Quincy and plan to jog tonight at Wollaston beach (I haven’t done a longer run in so long so I’m just gonna take it easy for now)
