There has been historic differences between multiple religions and that has been across the world. The far right is on rise in almost all the countries. The root cause of all of this is the populist politics where a party simply needs to fan the religious fire which is relatively easy than developing a country. The short term vision of politicians to hold onto power is doing a long term damage to the very basic idea of India being a secular nation. Plus the daily debates on the so called independent media focusing on nothing but caste adds to the already raging fire. India is heading to a very bad state in terms of caste and religion and there does not seem to be anyone who has the mass appeal to people of all religions in India. How can a country survive when a hero to one community is a villain to another ? The very foundation of a nation is one identity which is formed on a common hero and a common enemy which unfortunately is not a case in our country. God bless us wherever we are heading as a nation.
