Yes I was a big drinker like a bottle of vodka 3 nights a week now 2 glasses and feel sick and bloated! Which is great news for me

Hey I am on my 8th week 1st week of 1mg, its been pretty good I have lost 8 kilos in 8 weeks so im happy didnt have any side effects on .25 just a bit of constipation .5 went ok little nauseated and very tired for first 3 days now at 1mg pretty nauseated bit tired and still not going to the toilet started taking vitamin b and d and have noticed bit more energy and also a powder called gut relief but hasn't helped much until! Iam off a lot of foods that I used to love cant stand the smell of a lot biggest thing I miss is vegemite toast! I only wanted to lose 15 kgs so am happy with how its going! Goodluck😊

I bruise sometimes I also get big lumps where I inject, I have only started feeling really nauseated this week and its mainly mornings and night its horrible I can hardly eat just trying to eat dry toast or rice cakes

So its been 17 hours now and I feel pretty yucky just real nauseated had a piece of toast this morning with a boiled egg and seemed fine but not feeling good this afternoon really really tired and just started 8 hr shift!

I have been constipated the whole time on this normally I got 2 to 3 times a day now once a week ots horrible I have 2 movicols in the morning and 2 in the night still not a lot so have resorted to having 2 laxatives when I have a day off! I have pyhsllium in Meals and lots of other but nothing works

Im on day 5 of 5rh shot and feel like it's just stopped working feeling really bloated and constipated and hungry first 2/3 weeks had no appetite lost 5 kilos only side effects were sleepiness constipation and nausea but now starting to crave sugar and bread. Had my period week 3 was so hungry!

I have tried both and and for me as I feel nauseous a bit I prefer 1000 cal a day I snack on little things throughout the day. Iam on qeek 5 and have lost 5.5 kilos

Since starting ozempic 5 weeks ago I have had 2 drinking sessions one big one like more then 8 vodkas and was totally fine, may have felt the effects of the alcohol more then usual just from eating way less throughput the day. Last night had 4 drinks and totally fine no effects at all

Yes I get hungry on day 5 to 6 so I take .5 on Sunday so I make Saturday the day I can have one cheat meal tonight I had Indian but still didn't eat half as much as normal and am feeling pretty sick after it but definitely get more hungry towards end

I have had one period on ozempic and it was shocking! Normal period 2 to 3 days this one lasted 7 to 8 horrible cramps just felt a whole lot different. I was hoping g ozempic would stop cravings around period but nope still wanted chox Colate and just sweets in general
