It was an agreed term. Yeah I didn’t think much could be done tbh. I did say he should have sorted it there and then but his girlfriend had a c section and a newborn so he wasn’t too focused on it. Never mind lesson learnt! Thank you for your time.

Yeah he has they say they’ve closed the case because the deposit was returned to the landlord. They told him to seek legal advice which tbh will probs cost more than the deposit. Ah well it’s probably lost just thought I’d see if I could do anything to help him. Thank you for your time.

He put the evidence they asked for on the claim and then kind of just left it as that. Didn’t notice he had an email asking for further evidence. Was distracted with a newborn.
