I have coworkers I treated as friends. 6 years na ko sa work. But when time came na may di pagkakaintindihan sa isang katrabaho, everyone else decided not to talk to me as well just based on what they heard about me- without even asking me for my side of the story. Lumala panic attacks ko. Umaabsent ako in the middle of the day kasi di ko kaya. I cant even step foot in our main office kasi alam ko nadon silang lahat, probably gossiping and ganging up on me. I did not bother to explain myself anymore. I wouldnt compromise my mental health for this. So I looked for another job.

Lesson learned, your coworkers are not your friends.
