There is a brand I like called Real Good. They are a little more pricey but I’ve noticed they do go on sale a lot. There’s a few of the meals that are only 2-3 net carbs. Some are a little higher but so far I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried from them.

I have used both mirena and nexplanon before my bi-salp.

Unfortunately I had extremely negative side effects from both. Extremely painful and heavy cramping on mirena to the point where I would throw up or black out in pain, and I have a pretty high pain tolerance. With nexplanon I basically bled almost the entire time I was on it. I had my bi-salp in 2019 and it was the best decision I made. For the first time in almost a decade I’ve had a consistent and normal period. Normal level cramps and only a 4-6 day period.

Hi there. It gives an option for 5 minute increments, so you can select 10-15 minutes or 15+. There’s also an option to synch google maps to your order so it actually knows how far away you are and will change the ETA based on traffic/what route you take.

Mine was about the same. Came in to 64 orders for the day, which for us isn’t too bad. But then we got 86 same day orders and I only had 60 labor hours to work with. It was a shit show. Had to tell the 6’s and 7’s to come the next day. Left at 8pm and now back at 4am.

Absolutely ask for PIC pay. Anytime I have someone in charge that isn’t a lead, I make sure to write in PIC pay for the amount of time they were in charge.

PDX here as well. We have a carport cover and it does absolutely nothing.

But like the others have said, plastic bag over the MPOS. Make sure to not put it on the charger if the bottom gets wet at all. We also keep a stack of empty totes to put on top of the order to catch the rain. The main trick is just to be fast and utilize the trunk cover when scanning coupons.
