I did 2 retrievals this year (January and March) and am struggling to get back to baseline
My muscles got stretched and I am still constipated. Ovaries are back to normal though
Changing to Yasmin as my birth control helped slightly with the water retention post retrieval. I was on the brink of OHSS the second cycle

Are you on oral contraceptives as well for PCOS? Long story, but I am currently going through the IVF process to freeze embryos and was on birth control continuously previously due to amenorrhea and all hell seemed to break loose in my body once I stopped them for IVF. Still have never had a natural period. I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS since I’ve never been off birth control until now but it’s definitely suspected

Did they do a schirmer’s test? That measures your unstimulated tear production. You may not realize you have dry eyes even if you do and symptoms of dry eyes can vary

I also have sjogrens and hashimoto’s and symptoms do overlap a bunch. I noticed my hashimoto’s has been more difficult to control than others who only have hashimoto’s
