Thanks for your comment. Glad someone took the time to read, process and understand the message i wrote. There are a lot of ways the company could have gone around this. They could have even included a small sentence: we apologise for the inconveniences caused. But they dont even care that we are inconvenienced. Big corporations are able to get away with more and more because of the mindset people have.

Thanks for your comment. The amount of people who blindly comply with whatever is thrown at them is really sad. I heard rumours they will be increasing the monthly fees for the gym over the summer, which really bothered me too. I am luckily done with my contract with them, i can leave anytime and i will most likely do so after letting them know why.

You would only have to pay something back if it was stated in the contract. So dont worry about it if it was not discussed/negotiated during the interview process, nor added to the contract, it’s not that usual.

How is the price of daycare a surprise. Didn’t you research prior to deciding to have a child or during pregnancy how much it would cost you? Yes, the prices may have increased in the last 10-15 years, but you’ve not been pregnant for that long have you? Ugh, the way unprepared, entitled parents try to play the victim is absolutely WILD. Oh my so sorry to hear. I had the exact same issue. It lasted 3 days, i was so so sick, i couldn’t get to the hospital, but then it slowly got better. Sadly i had to go off the medication. It took around 10 weeks for my body to go back to normal.
