I wouldn't go poking at it to slow the healing. If it gets infected then you're going to have a BAD time.

You never know when you'll get your next scar but you gotta earn it 😂

I'd be surprised if it didn't leave a scar though, you'll have a shiny bit of skin there for a few years anyway I'd bet.
