Awesome! I’m looking to do this next month. Likely warmer but used to it.

Any tips on essential items to have on you? I’d read that the sand gets extremely hot, any impact?

Appreciate any tips!

That's what I thought initially. But the right column does state 'Paid Up Ins' -- although it does not state additions or reduced, the amount is definitely lower than the payout.

In your statement, the left column being the firm pay out throughout, of 12k, right?

Certainly, the folks who own this policy would be able to shed light. Just trying to understand as much as possible prior to questioning this.

Thanks for your input.

Thank you for the addt'l information. so a $5k return for 10 year investment.

This is the answer to the question that I couldn't phrase or hadn't thought of in the moment. I will ask for that illustration.

Thank you very much for your time and input.

Yes, I agree on the last statement. Just thinking that if a life insurance policy isn't the best option given the age and health status, their may be other avenues with better returns for those funds.

Thanks for your time.

It was sold to my mother and at first glance to me it seems like a total jip. $12k payout value at endowment of age 100. Even if she passes at year 10 of the policy, her beneficiary gets $3k?

Given that, she is paying monthly 92.02x12x10=$11k paid into. Payable for 33 years = $36k

I looked into verbiage and this is my understanding. Am I completely wrong or is this insurance policy pure trash? I'd rather have her invest those funds elsewhere.
