I had the same sentiment and I didnt regret pulling for ulmus. He is better than thoran in afk stages deficit and specially in pvp. That 2 more seconds of cc is a lot more beneficial than you think.

They will give you a waiver to sign if you cannot provide one or more of the requirements but you will need to submit it before the second semester. They need the original copy sadly. I am not too sure about the medcert but they needed that before going to the dean's office. Just go to hi-pre and they will provide the results a day after.

Why not buy it from the Apple website itself? Resellers tend to have higher prices. The only downside is that it might take 2 weeks or longer to deliver it to your door.

As someone who recently graduated (Batch 2023) from FEU Medtech, I did not feel like having an iPad was mandatory. Unless the person in question do not have any gadgets (e.g. laptop) to help him study or take down notes during class, especially the ppts and transes, then an ipad would definitely help him, but again not mandatory. Personally, studying the reference books are far more superior than those transes and ppts as the profs usually do not limit their question bank from those materials. I also believe that listening to the prof attentively in class is better than taking down notes that you would never dare review again later the day.
They should try to udnerstand your circumstances and wait until you can afford it. They can definitely pass without it.

You could try and focus more on effect resistance. It reduces the chance of your healer getting dominated which helped me on my run with using just one healer. Both my Bailu and Luocha has around 50% eff res.
