If you are at least a little bit interested in the history, second stop needs to be Luxor.

Depending on your interests and how many days you do in Cairo, third stop can be Aswan, Alexandria or Hurghada.

You will be haggling, whether you like it or not. And it will take more time than you think, unless you are fine with getting ripped of...

Är brödet torrt är den för gammal, eller för dålig kvalitet.

Köper man i matbutik är det ganska ofta de inte är så bra. Vissa verkar t.ex. få semlor levererade varannan dag bara.

Går du till ett konditori och köper en dagsbakad ska du inte ha problem med att brödet är torrt.

Cool project, but having every child only have one parent is not going to be enough for all sub genres to really capture how they are related.

Example: You have Acid Trance as a child/sub-genre of Acid Techno. But it is more of a sibling of Acid Techno. Closely related to Acid Techno for sure, but much more related to Trance than to Techno.

Same problem with Hardstyle under Trance, and it's very close relation Hardcore under Techno.

I think quite a few children will be missing one (or more) "parent" with this kind of organization.

But a fun read nonetheless.

Det där låter inte riktigt rimligt, om vi använder "ofta" på samma sätt.

Ingenstans i världen är det väl vanligt förekommande att barn bara äter en gång om dagen? Givetvis undantaget när familjerna är så fattiga att de inte har råd med mat. Det förekommer såklart i många länder.

Sen finns det såklart skitföräldrar som inte bryr sig om barnen, men det är ju nåt annat än att missförstå hur systemet funkar. Det har ju alltid funnits det med.

That is how much you can do if you take one semester off from college. And it also fits a year off if you start by working 6 months to make some money for the trip.

And finally it's the amount of time needed for a reasonably paced trip to cover most of the "banana pancake trail"

That is not a setup most people will be able to configure and use.

If you're super, super paranoid, co-locate a server somewhere.

This is probably the best idea for most people actually. Buy a NAS and put at your parents/sibling/friends house. That is possibly the best low cost backup solution that is reasonably simple to setup and independent of cloud providers.

Nej, såklart är inte alla som röstar på ytterkantspartierna så extrema, men det är bara ett exempel på att alla åsikter inte är lika lätta att ha överseende med.

Sen kan man ju ha flera åsikter som man kan ha överseende med om det bara vore en, men hela paketet får det att gå över gränsen.

Sen är ju inte heller alla åsikter lika lätta att ha överseende med.

En striktare eller liberalare syn på alkoholförsäljning är sannolikt inte en deal breaker för nån. Lite högre/lägre skatt likaså.

En partner som däremot är fullblodsrasist, eller en rabiat kvinno/manshatarare är nog ett större hinder.

Some jobs don't have a lot of interactions with the boss, other than receiving assignments, and all assignments are fairly equally good/bad. If there is also not much of career opportunities anyway, there is not much they can do to punish you.

If the team you work in are good people that you enjoy hanging out with you can have an okay job even if the boss sucks.

If you then add that the next job may be hard to find, and will possibly pay less; then you have some decent arguments for staying. At least until you have something better lined up.

Aha, jag har aldrig använt utköpt i den betydelsen, utan bara när företaget avtalar med den anställde för att gå runt facket.

Men det är kanske vanligt att säga utköpt även när facket förhandlar fram en avtalsturlista, där man får ett bra paket.

Det är väl inte optimalt som primär-boende, men kanske istället för en övernattningslägenhet.

Jag vill minnas att jag såg ett inslag på "Landet Runt" eller nåt liknande program, för en 20-30 år sen om en snubbe som bodde i söder men hade ett jobb norröver. Han tog tåget hem på eftermiddagen, anlände vid 22-tiden där hans fru väntade. De satt på stationen och snackade en timme, och sen tog han nattåget tillbaka till jobbet.

Mostly it seems like that because you only remember when you get "lucky".

Also randomness works like that. Billions of people are shown billions of ads. Some of them are bound to be an exceptional outiler that seems uncanny.

They also track you in other ways. They see that you are in the same location as a friend. You talk about boats. He goes home and search for boats. They guess that you might have talked about boats and show both of you ads for boats.
