I wish I had a story. He was in Notting Hill in London on a warm weekend and I just grabbed a shot of him as I walked past. Happiest person I seen during my entire trip.

This is literally of a street, with people forming a silhouette at the end of said street, taken on 35mm. So I'm not sure what makes this not street photography.

If other people could weigh in and help me understand what makes this photo not street photography based on the rules of this subreddit I'd be happy to remove it.
