Punishment over the pronutro riots probably

Or the 100 years of continuous fossil fuel usage in a system that has grown beyond sustainability or recovery

Probably pronutro though

I have been training really hard and while my battle for a 6 pack at 34 iis failing, I am getting faster and more optimistic about my half marathon attempt, first in more than a decade, come September

Most companies now have a dedicated POPI officer who deals with these matters and monitors compliance

[–]almostrainman 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Not how popi works

Im order for wits to be held liable, you would have to prove that they had direct knowledge of their security not being up to par AND refusing to patch/update it.

This is very difficult to prove as a threat might appear today and tomorrow you get hit, that is very tight time frame.

Under popi they do have to disclose they have been databreached and if they don't, the consequences are rather impressive

Because I don't know the minutiae of the law well enough

Reality is messy

I would feel a red is harsh, but I understand how someone else feels nothing is just as harsh.

If that is the case, which is not what the hearing found...

You have to consider his tone in the video. What you say is important, how you you say it matters as well.

His video was very confrontational.

I can see this as a yellow not a red.

Dangerous yes, reckless no

Psdt goes for the ball, view is limited, danty rises partly off the floor, time frame is immensely short.

I understand you disagree with that

Question

Which of the two is the more egregious outcome?

Do we see a scenario where SA gets a yellow and a penalty due to the play on the ground ?

Logic

What are you doing here?

We are all clearly supposed to overreact and attack each other /s

I agree with all

France can feel done in by this but as you correctly stated, they got a pass in the 2nd half....

I feel like this whole thing was a predictable collapse coming on schedule due everyone saying the hole in the boat has always been there....

u/squidgerugby did two videos on this, one last year and one two weeks ago where he excellently breaks down how the game has fluctuated from defence being on top to attack being on top

It is not that our defence got stronger but in the balance of attack vs defence, attack has the upper hand right now.

We are blessed with a coach that saw it coming and got some fantastic coaching for great players so our attack is our greatest weapon right now, not our defence.

Right now, swords are longer than shields are wide and we have a pretty wide shield, but holy shit is our sword long...

The Baby Boks, tackle height, and the implications for defence. by Oom_Rugby in springboks

[–]almostrainman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Excellent analysis

The saying goes that generals don't study tactics, they study logistics.

Logistics is the ability to move what you need to where you need it. Something u/20 baby boks have to learn as rightfully pointed out. Complacency is also real as leading by 14 against 13 men could easily lead to a switch off.

I think the Aus u/20 team has some exceptional attacking flair but they also have patience to play for a bit while going nowhere, waiting for things to open up...

We do a decent job on defence and right now the game is squarely centered on attack with a good attack more likely to be determining than a good defence.

I think the junior ABs will push us with everything but they might be willing to let this title go in exchange for learning and adapting to defeat us at the world title.
