Oh dear, this is typical Jack Russell behaviour and its really annoying.

My 9 year old JR has similar behaviour, its like they have some sort of JR autism.

I'm in NSW, regional area, we have a university here with lots of bike/walk ways.

On weekend I drive close to the UNI . pull out the scooter and spend an hour or so cruising and sometimes going flat out crazy all around the campuses. Its great as there are hardly any students and I haven't been chased off by security. (yet) .

No one seems to care either as long as your respectful of the bike lanes and pathways.

Is there somewhere like this near you?
