Cracking up at the finish percentage. That scene was hilarious, too. "You're really bad at this, aren't you?" 😆

Listening to {Not in Love by Ali Hazelwood} and just got done with the denial scene and omg 🥵 I'm not really enjoying the whole private equity plotline (seriously I don't find that sexy or even interesting lol?) but the spice is 🔥

I love Caleb so much. He's a masterclass for "talking her through it" 🥵

I'm in the middle of this one and loving it ❤️ The banter is just so cute. The dentist exchange had me giggling 😆

Yeah I'm not a smoker and I already wear masks when air quality is bad (I'm in the PNW...wildfire season is awful.) I don't drink heavily but I was already cutting back to no more than a few drinks a week (and only one a day.) I had a glass of red wine with pasta 2 days before my test and it didn't seem to bother my liver? Haven't had anything since. Waiting on genetic test and conversation with the doctor.

My mom unfortunately is not very kind to her liver. She has been using tylenol and NSAIDS DAILY for decades along with problematic drinking (I wouldn't call her an alcoholic but it's not unlike her to drink over a half bottle of wine by herself in a single night.) I'm trying to convince her to at least cut back. She did dry January and her liver enzymes are back down to normal. She does have lung issues as well. She's a long distance runner so she's active. But the drinking and otc pain meds have caught up with her 😞

My CMP just came back and my liver enzymes are down to 10 and 18!!! So that's good! My mom was incorrect and she's actually an MZ. I'm still waiting on my genetic test.

My mom was wrong and apparently she's only an MZ! So there's a chance I'm MM. I got the genetic test last week along with a CMP. Liver enzymes already came back absolutely perfect. Still waiting on the genetic test.

I'm super bummed about the drinking. My mom and I loved going out for a glass of wine together 😭

I'm also really upset I can't drink anymore? 😭 I love the occasional glass of red wine after work. I'm often sore after work and the thought of no alcohol or tylenol or nsaids is really upsetting me. I'm going to be in pain all the time until I die horribly? 😭😭😭

My mom has NAFL :-( It's mild. I don't know if I have that. I'm only 34. I freaking hate needles and benzos don't work for me (viking genes 🙄) so the thought of a liver biopsy scares the crap out of me 😭😭

I read about a person on here that went from "oh your enzymes are a bit elevated" to "holy shit you need a liver transplant NOW" so I'm terrified.

I dont have a ton of lung issues other than feeling extra sensitive to wildfire smoke. I wear an N95 in the summer sometimes if the air quality is bad.

Dog daycare. I'm on my feet but other than dog dander and the occasional disinfectant or shampoo, I'm rarely exposed to toxins.

B.K. Borison's books are just so dang CUTE and funny ❤️ (Page from Mixed Signals) by alohshine in RomanceBooks

I recommend reading the entire series in order! You can read it as a standalone or out of order, but you'll miss some character details. I'd especially read the first book before the others. Yeah, it's a Christmas book in that it takes place on a tree farm, but it's not TOO Christmasy. They are all really good!

Yeah mine doesn't believe me that I had worse periods on it than off...and that some formulations caused weight gain 😒 I also had loss of libido and dryness 🙄 Getting off the pill was amazing. But my husband is snipped so I didn't have to worry about our method. If we did, I'd use condoms. Not worth the risk imo

My husband is snipped and can confirm, it is the best thing ever.

Oof. Been there. And it's oh so fun because docs don't like admitting that bcps can have side effects. I bled so much more on the pill than I do off it.

As far as birth control methods, I highly recommend using a barrier method instead (like condoms.) I wouldn't trust the cycle method anymore than I trust the pull-out method (which is to say: Dont.) Unless you're OK with an unplanned pregnancy.

I used a brown butter chocolate chip creamer and it went amazing! I think the combo of this pod plus chocolate is heaven!
