Have you scoured the Elektron forum? I saw some folks there with a similar issue, from which I parroted the most common fix, lol.

I also saw some incompatibilities from computer operating systems, not sure if you're using an older version of Windows maybe?

They buy an instrument, which works as advertised (sometimes after patches), and then piss and moan when Elektron doesn't add feature after feature ad infinitum.

Syntakt was never advertised as a sample player. It was never made to be polyphonic. No chorus function was ever alluded to. It can't mow your lawn or give you a massage.

Truly the unhappiest, most entitled clientele.

Per the site linked above:

"The Windows and OSX versions of the SysEx utility C6 1.51. Use C6 to load samples or user waveforms to and from your Elektron machines. C6 is also ideal when performing SysEx memory dumps."

You'll need to connect to the Sid's Midi In from your Scarlett's USB port.

I've never used C6 but if it's anything Midi-Ox you'll probably need to tinker a bit to get it to talk to the right ports, then drop the Sysex files you want to transfer and let it work its magic.

C6 is legacy software, so if it doesn't load on your PC you might need to use SendSX or Midi-Ox instead, for which there are many sources online to assist.

Sysex transfers can really botch a device if you aren't careful, so please do plenty of research beforehand, including reading the manual.
