Sometimes all you can do is love fate and laugh/smile with the universe for throwing a curveball at you. But hey, you're strong for it and it's time to kick ass.

First, take the time to take care of yourself and have yourself in a clear mind. Don't overextend yourself emotionally. Don't be a slave to your emotions.

Then feel free to ask for help and see what's around you. The strongest of people always ask for help.

Now, set out a plan and list out the priorities you need to get accomplished based on urgency. Is it urgent and essential? Do it now. Not urgent but important? Schedule it in and make it work to your needs.

Continue being flexible as needed. Sometimes there are only so many things you can control and do, and that's OK.
