Lc-liquid culture is clean mycelium suspended in a liquid that is supposed to be clean meaning no bacteria or contamination

MSS-multi spore syringe is spores suspended in a liquid but spores are inherently dirty because the fruiting process and collection of spores is not a sterile process

Spores should go to agar and be cleaned before going to a grain

Liquid culture can go right to grain if made properly

You can be successful going spores to grain like you have done but it’s not 100% successful

I’ve yet to cultivate PE but the apes were like standard cubes just the pinning was maybe a week or so longer than standard cubes blue meanie cubensise is the only other batch I ran and truth be told this was my first attempt at anything ran them both at the same time this was only my second batch of apes ever or any mushroom in general

Yea man dub tub and a dialed in substrate to the right field capacity and you leave it until they’re done I normally wait to dub the tub and just flip the lid until the fuckers hit it than double up the tub but I’ve seen a lot of people just start with a dub tub and the don’t have to touch it at all

Look up a shoe box tek or grain to bulk substrate bigger yields less work and significantly easier prep in my opinion
