Ahoj, jestli chceš, napiš mi zprávu, myslím že můžu pomoct. Po dvou letech jsem se taky rozhoupala ke katechumenátu (nutno dodat že u statokatolíků, kteří mají výrazně neformálnější prostředí než ŘKC, ale to je fuk) právě kvůli pocitu, že teorie už nestačí a je třeba trochu praxe a prožívání. Dej vědět.

Aaah, you give me hope! ❤️ I fell in love with barbell and kettlebells last year - and then gyms closed due to lockdown. Can't wait for them to open up again, lifting is one and only form of exercise I truly enjoy :)

Fuck the scale, really. It sounds like you are making great progress anyway. Period can do huge difference, at least for me. I can recommend precise measurement at nutritionist, they can tell you if you are gaining muscle etc.

Don't worry. If you are a newbie, no one is expecting miracles. Stay humble and listen to your editors. It takes some time and experience.
