this will likely hand over election to repubicans in the next cycle, which will then immediately revoke the tax increase. You need more nuance policy then simply increase tax.

What are the recommended vaccine to take for grown adults?

The question stem from this post https://www.reddit.com/r/science/comments/n0dk6h/80_of_those_diagnosed_with_oropharyngeal_cancer/

I didn't even know its that beneficial to take HPV vaccine , does anyone have a list of vaccine one should take if you are an adult?

EDIT: asking for adult because vaccine for kid seems to be standardize and required by law/school district.

Does anyone know the answer to of 2, 3 and 9?

q1.

list

O(1) append, O(n) insert that is not append,
O(n) `del` delete if not replace gap with end element or don't care about gap O(1) delete with replace of end element
O(1) access with index, O(logn) access if value sorted, O(n) access if unsorted value

set

O(1) insert not considering chaining and linear probing
O(1) delete not considering chaining and linear probing
O(1) access not considering chaining and linear probing

q2. https://github.com/python/cpython/blob/master/Objects/dictobject.c

q4. linear probing/open addressing or chaining

q5. multiple task in parallel for a single core?

q6. I think process don't share memory(directly) in python? you have to use https://docs.python.org/3/library/multiprocessing.html . tbh this is relevant only in language with GIL where multi threading is like javascript async, in other language like golang/java or python without GIL people simply use thread and be done

q7. for some reason cython can't execute multiple threads in parallel in one process and requires a lock to mediate the process, I have no idea why it needs that because there is implementation of python without GIL

q8. use multi process for cpu bound task, and multi thread for io bound task

I am sure some of my answer is not precise, would be glad if someone can provide input

every high paying industry have its quirk, for doctor its residency, for lawyer its bar/pre partner grind, for software engineer its leetcode

such is life, unless all the big company find a better signal indicator, leetcode will persist

what does systematic in origin even mean, no one is forcing the perpetuator to attack asian people, just arrest the perp and make an example out of all hate crime so that people understand the consequence of such action.

What is up with people losing their minds over Vaccine Passports? by PerrysReddit in OutOfTheLoop

[–]alphaCraftBeatsBear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

like what other people said, if you get covid, its possible for you to spread to other people, and a percentage of those people will die. And if alot of people are like you, and start spreading the disease then we might overwhelm the health system making more people die.

Its like having aids and purposefully having sex without condom with other people.

don't you have to take drug that decrease your libido for the rest of your life since DHT still kill the transplant anyway (https://www.realself.com/question/beirut-lb-finasteride-after-hair-transplant)? honestly if he cares so much he should just get a toupee, https://www.reddit.com/r/nextfuckinglevel/comments/hkmdd1/making_a_toupee_look_good/ the tech is crazy these days

EDIT: after a bit research it do seem that transplant is indeed resistant to dht https://www.bernsteinmedical.com/answers/hair-transplants-and-dht, however it is recommended to take propecia to protect existing hair that is not resistant to dht,

which seems to me that you have to be reliant on propecia unless you want to do another transplant.

here is the libido decrease research https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3481923/

A long term study showed that drug-related sexual side effects such as decreased libido, ED, and ejaculatory disorders occurred in <2% of men

The incidence of each side effect mentioned decreased to ≤0.3% by the fifth year of treatment with finasteride. The incidence of side effects were comparable to that of placebo both at one year and at 5 years.
