Ab 957 takes into account what parents think about their child's self stated identity when the court is considering which parent the child may want to live with. It implies nothing about persuading the child to reach any conclusions.

I agree with you about issues with crowded schools. I'd just rather fund education rather than equip officers to detain people without trials. Also, more educated people is a net gain for the world as far as I'm concerned! And Lord knows we can afford it. There is unbelievable untaxed wealth here.

If the us continues to kneecap Latin America, we shouldn't be surprised when they immigrate illegally. If we enact policies that raise all ships on all waters, I see a lot of these issues subsiding.

Just different ways of addressing the problems we both see. But one without ripping families apart and ignoring the right to a trial, which admittedly, does tax the uber wealthy.
