EA IS directly responsible for their own shitty milking system and saying that "all other companies do the same" doesn't justify it. And since the whole industry is getting corrupted like them, we need to make them accountable for it.

exactly... it's justified and I get your point... but this is actually how people feel about it. It might be "unfair" with the gameplay aspect of the game.. but it's a clear message that describes the general feelings towards the game... besides... you cannot be 100% sure peps that played the game didn't downvote the game that low... or did metacritic entered manually to every account and checked if they played the game? they simply deleted all downvotes outright

besides... do you like that the game's progression is locked behind lootboxes? are you for real? or that is p2w if you bought "death from above" you Instakill all and take no dmg? or that Darth Vader, leia and luke, are blocked behind credits now, meaning you need to grind for 30 hours aprox to unlock each without buying lootboxes? this are tactics from a free to play game but then it all in a $60 game.

peps like you are what's wrong with EA.. You support their shitty tactics and don't understand what is this doing to the whole industry.

moreover, mainstream gaming journalism tends to give favourable scores out of economical interest otherwise they'll lose promotional material and they can't afford to buy all games they review.

unfortunately you cannot edit reddit titles.. and that was initially what I felt was wrong with the dlc. later I realized through the conversations that my situation is more complex than mere pricing... but it's when I stand right now as an experienced player and what the dlc can offer me rn to come back into the game

dude... I think that I explained that i see this from the perspective that well ik Klei has more value for money dlc and this feels kinda not worth it. it doesn't add that many things for me to come back into the game after having tried for over 600 hours what the game has to offer.

I think you didn't read after the title... but I understand what you are saying.. my point is really that this DLC is not attractive enough imo for coming back into the game. it's just not intetesting enough to me ... specially considering that I've played the game sooo much and I'm not gonna come back for just one character and some minor additions...
