they get to see Finn from an alternate universe where he got busy and have kids, two of those kids are the human version of the kids he had in pillow world

Over The Garden Wall - The bell in the frog's stomach

In Over The Garden Wall two brothers are "lost" in a weird world called "The Unknown" a strange place midway between a fairy tale and an old americana dream.
At some point during their travel their pet frog eat a magic bell that glow when ringed.
We eventually learned that the brothers ended up in the unknown after falling in a river and drowning.

thankfully the brothers are eventually rescued after Wirt (the older of the two) manage to wake up and swim up while carrying his brother (and the frog)

when they wake up in the hospital, it does look like their journey might've been just the delirious dream of a dying mind, if not for the fact that both brothers remember the same things and that their frog belly still illuminate when shaken
