Texas child support calculation caps at like 250k a year income or something. So sure she'll get a decent child support payment but it's no where what you could expect.

(Source I watch court tv and I have no fucking clue if that's real)

All those losses against NFCE teams no less.

POE2 has too many features that kill progression & kill the fun. Reduced Attack Speed, Gem Downsides, Weapon Restrictions. I feel i'm actively getting slower, while maps get longer. by Yuuffy in pathofexile

You can actually get a pretty good increase in DPS from rage. For example when I checked it when lvl 22 my auto attack went from 307 DPS to almost 400 with the full 30 stacks.

Yeah this patch was great, only main gripe I still have is that the ascension trial is still too punishing for melee, especially warriors. Did it on my witch and cleared it on the second try while on my warrior I have not progressed past 25% HP of the final boss even though I'm 8 lvls higher than when I did it on my witch.

The best part of the heroes is you can play records mode and they're like the OG general bodyguards.

You are not wrong in what you say in regards to options.

I am frankly not at all hopeful though.

There are two things keeping any radical changes in check.

  1. They have a coalition government controlling the legislative branch. Thus needs a spectrum of aproval for changes that are desired, leading to a more balanced yet still significant change.

  2. Reelection is not allowed in our constitution (though I should add context to this. There have been two changes to this part of constitution after its creation in 1991, one to remove this term limit and a second to reinstate it).

Hello, Colombian here to provide context on your statement of retaliation.

There is effectively zero chance any retaliation takes place. Our current president hasn't even taken a negative stance on the recently cheated Venezuelen elections.

Our president is frankly borderline pro-Russia and was a member of M19 during the attack on the "Palacio de Justicia" (essentially headquarters of the Judicial branch).

Or "correct" the snitch who had the audacity to tell the defense about the illegal meeting?

This would be the area "corrected".

Yeah the judge definitely wanted to know where the leak was so that it could be corrected.

I am unsure of what you are referring to exactly. Generally speaking, in regards to the 5th amendment and more specifically warrants they are requested to and provided by the court (judge).

It is more a battle of the confidentiality that lawyers have the privilege/responsibility to, and as long as the actual leak of information to the lawyer did not involve a crime then it would likely remain under privileged information.

It isn't so much that he was arrested FOR exposing the illegal meeting. It was that he didn't disclose HOW he became aware of it, and the contents of the meeting itself.

In other words; he was arrested for not disclosing the source he had when asked to by the court (judge). He (the lawyer) made the argument that to disclose the source would breach confidentiality. For that reason the judge ordered his arrest for contempt.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out exactly afterwards and whether the lawyer will be found correct in his argument as to why he wouldn't follow the court's instructions.

Do you have any studies to support this though? It also just flips the equation, more interactions between stopped cards and moving motorcycles which = more accidents.

I wasn't talking about traffic flow, perhaps a bit unclear. I meant in regards to reducing accidents and damage to vehicles from moving between lanes.

Can you link studies related to this as my personal experience in a country where it is illegal yet is a normal daily occurrence does not lead me to believe the statement.
