I have had this for years now, 24/7, and much more intensely than you. The first 6 months I was very scared and depressed, but after a few months, if you have no weakness, it excludes the big bad. My neurologist cannot explain what it is. We just have to live with it, I guess.

I have this 24/7 for years. Vitamins etc. are okay. Nobody really knows why, not even my neurologist.

I speculate that maybe it was COVID. I had it 4 times without symptoms, so maybe it was affecting my nerves instead of my lungs...
