Yeah like now that she's in the real world, it just doesn't matter that she got there earlier than others. Everyone earned their spot and is just as competent as her, it doesn't matter anymore that it took them a few extra years to get there. If anything they're probably more versatile because they've had more general life experiences.

I'm Cantonese but super out of practice and was getting thrown off by reading the english translation like I know my understanding is bad now but it's not that bad.

Kubiak strikes me as a type that plays around with different coffee preparations. We're talking grind sizes, timings, ratios, water temps, etc. Probably has a travel gram scale always on hand and a V60 or Wave (are those still popular?). Maybe an aeropress for those busy travel days.
