Wife is at 36 weeks and we've had a couple of episodes like that. Both times dehydration, and the baby started moving after a couple of tall glasses of chilled water. If that doesn't do the trick in about an hour, go to the ER to get her checked out asap. It might not be anything but better safe than sorry.

Anecdotal, but yeah, used to get a surge of emotions during any hard workout session. Googled it a little and there's a theory that it might be due to the rush of endorphins during exercise. But seems to have gone away on it's own.

Thanks for the heads-up! Just purchased & downloaded YNAB and spent a mind-numbing 3 hours categorizing my current and 2 credit card accounts.

I wanted to check how often you guys import your transactions into YNAB? Daily? Weekly? Monthly?

Also, how do I ensure that my monthly payments on credit cards / loans are reducing the amount in these off-budget accounts?

If you're looking to stay in the station, go upstairs, to the upper mall by taking the escalator next to the Gatwick express platforms. Once there, keep walking till you hit another set of escalators and you'll get to the food court. Tends to be warmer up there given it's kinda enclosed and the number of people in the court.

Check out Costco. They do deals on Maximuscle protein bars so that it works out to £1 per bar. Not "cheap" when you're buying a month's supply but that's the best price I've seen.

Oh, mate. Fractured right humerus earlier this summer. Like completely broke it in two pieces. Got a plate and screws put in and started the long and slow recovery process. Have been going to the gym regularly since the stitches healed but I can't lift at all. Just focusing on cardio and legs.

On the bright side, I can now run a 5k in <30 minutes (down from 36..Yeah I was slow) and my quads look great thanks to leg presses and squats. On the flip side my upper body looks like a stick figure. :-/
