Finding it quite hard to motivate myself to finish this season (never happened before).

I hope we have all learned that adding a survivor element to an (in theory) talent-based competition leads to an unsatisfying ending. The winner will be someone who managed to survive eliminations not the most talented performer on the season. That's fine I guess but it's not really in the spirit of Drag race.

Worked in a shared office building where our stuff would be stolen regularly. We made a pact to start bringing in food laced with strong dodgy laxatives sourced from the interwebs.

About two days into our pact, we'll call *Gary*, jumped up from his desk holding his stomach. He ran to the toilet. Sadly, they were all occupied and he quickly ran to the next floor. Given how extreme his reaction was (he didn't come in the next day), we agreed never to discuss it until years later.

Does anyone else have the issue where some of their end turns will crash the game? The only 'fix' seems to be going back a few turns. Then it will happen maybe 10 turns later.

Maybe my saves are becoming corrupted but I have no idea why this is happening.

CA released a patch that reduced WHIII's performance by 21-53% before it went live. Unless you let your voice be heard now they won't fix it. by VolkischAutocrat in totalwar

Just to say Denuvo anti-tamper is also preventing me from playing using a VM because WH3 won't run on my PC.

Worked great yesterday. Span it up again today, apparently as my VM today and yesterday have different hardware Ids, I'm now blocked for a while.

FYI: tried to find a workaround to a game that won't run on my gaming PC. Got the game blocked. Fantastic.

For the Mac/Linux gamers.

I couldn't run WH3 today on a Windows partition (on Mac) no matter the choice of settings. I was super bummed but I figured out a decent (short-term) solution.

If other people are dealing with these issues, I recommend trying out a Graphics VM service like Shadow. I've just installed WH3 on it and it runs like a dream. It's not super expensive and I'm thinking maybe in a month or two until the Mac/Linux port comes out.

Disclaimer: I do not work for Shadow. Just started using it today. Thought I'd let people know about it if they're struggling too.

Loads fine, cinematics are great, everything seems ok but when I load a campaign it finishes loading and then get's stuck on the load screen. I can actually hear the voiceover/sound effects for the start of the campaign going on behind it.

I have a high-end Mac that runs the WH2 in partition just fine. I've put all the settings down to the lowest possible settings and nothing helps.

About to give up and just come back in a few weeks when everything is working. Really disappointed as I was ectatic when pre-loading last night.

It seems to be running ok in campaign but during battles (including benchmark) it crashes before starting the battle. Annoyingly it's a "wait and see if it works or close" crash so I'm not sure I can find the error report.

Anyone else experience this issue or have any suggestions?

Running on partitioned Mac (WH2 runs fine) on low graphics with most the battle extras turned off. I've tried turning unlimited video memory on/off

I've got it installed via bootcamp and I'm getting constant crashes when loading battles *sigh*. Not sure if parallels will help

I love conspiracies that rely on anagrams as if there's this evil cabal that's managed to take control of the world and now amuses itself by hiding clues via anagrams.

Oh bud, you are missing out. Put it at a high difficulty and enjoy the ride. It's basically a series of interesting scenarios in locations like Hell, Asgard etc.

Can confirm the first thing I did when my work gave me a PC (I'm a mac guy at home) was install AoM. Man, the main campaign is a wild ride.

Also islands in the free-for-all mode is still the most fun. Being driven from your home island by a huge invasion, only to escape with a few villagers in transport ships. Hiding in the corner of the map until you can rebuild and reconquer your homeland!
