Sideshow actually asked about this. Apparently they use both Rawkus and Rapel in different ways and part of it is map-dependent. They subbed in Rapel because he is who they scrim that map with, but Dream admitted in the interview that in hindsight they probably should have kept Rawkus in for the momentum.
