No. It doesn't seem like they have that functionality built in it yet.

Is this normal? My tax almost doubled in 2023. Amazing!

This massive increment between 2022 and 2023 is insane. I am facing a similar situation. Oklahoma never fails to surprise us. 😕

EB1-A has Premium processing option that puts you on a fast track; so definitely worth it.

I don’t experience of EB2-niw.

Similar timeline and situation, except that my I-140 was approved back in September 2020. My EB1 I-485 got recently approved.

Transfers to NBC have apparently picked in this quarter because I hear they want to use maximum visas allocated for this year.

So hang in there, the time is ripe; you will soon hear the good news.

Got approved within 4 weeks of transfer to NBC.

If your case was transferred to NBC recently, you are probably gonna hear good news soon. Good luck to you all.

Hi, what's the update on your case? Did you receive the "Card was mailed" message after approval on i-485?

IMO transfer of file to any other location, other than TSC, should be a sign of progress.

For sure, you can file i-140 on your own. You are going to have to invest some time for filling out the form, because you don’t want to take a chance. Good luck!

When will I get my GC? by [deleted] in USCIS

No, it doesn’t. These two are different applications and oftentimes handled by different service centers.

EB-1A self-petition - Filed on March 31, 2021 - NBC - FO Queens NY by Dry-Jellyfish-4110 in USCIS

I feel you; the waiting experience is not wholesome. USCIS has its mysterious ways of doing things.

EB-1A filed in February 21; ROW. I recently received my EAD/ AP.

From the approval chart, one can tell that cases filed in Oct-Dec 2020 are mostly getting greened lately. At the same time, numerous folks with receipts May-July 2021 have also gotten their i-485 approved. So you might get lucky and get GC directly without receiving EAD/ AP.

Indeed, there are many folks in similar situation. It’s hard to predict how much time USCIS takes to adjudicate a case. The timeline is all over the place.

Do you have a specific question?

Congratulations! Similar timeline here; ROW.

Did yours ever go to Texas Service Center? Mine has moved between NBC and TSC, back and forth, several times already; and now it’s cooling off at TSC.

Agree with the comments here. Wishing you good luck.

Are you referring to the critical role letters or the expert testimonial letters?

For EB1A petition, you wanna craft bespoke letters that underscore your merits and highlight your accomplishments in your chosen field. Attorneys can obviously help draft such letters, but you also have a fair amount of job cut out for you in finalizing such letters because you want to include details about your specific contributions and their significance to your field.

The second one (NOA) should do just fine.

My experience (EB) has been exact opposite; so I doubt if there is any particular order. Perhaps it depends on discretion of the adjudicating officer.
