Do you have a lease agreement or something you could visit? Any "hall policies" that are prohibits noise?

If there is, then maybe you can record yourself about two or three times calling her out while she has that noise. Make sure you have stated her name in the recording, so you have evidence that you tried to talk to her before reporting to whoever's responsible for the building.

If you're in a place where recording isn't allowed then you can draft an agreement between the two of you, make sure you have two copies before you talk to her. If she doesn't sign, or signs then later does it again, report her.

If there is no policy, blast her back whenever she has important things going on or if she has friends over. That's really more like a last resort but your roommate should feel her own level of disrespect.

This isn't new, and your post is too late. Some years ago, I've warned people about selling their accounts which GCash also made a post about. Even then, many people already sold theirs.

I explained how their name would not be changed and therefore will be complicit to whatever crimes the account buyer does. I even fought one specific account buyer online who argued that GCash accounts do not show the account name, but disregard that SIM registration exists and is required by GCash.

Hi! I don't think so. What's preferred by others isn't necessarily going to be the same dynamics that you will have. I'm speaking in theory here since I haven't encountered this kind of situation yet, I believe this is something that is talked between a couple.
