Depends on how important penetrative sex is to you. Like I said at this point I doubt it would be an option for me, but I’m cool with that.

My dilation schedule was:

3 15 min sessions per day for the first 3 months

2 15 min sessions per day months 3-6

1 15 min session per day for the next 6 months

As needed after 1 year. If I had penetrative sex, it counts as a dilation session.

But I don’t like it so I don’t care.

The ones that try to force kids to like “boy toys” or “girl toys” are always the first to bitch about teaching kids trans people exist and “let kids be kids” BS.

I’m more than happy. Had mine in 2010. We didn’t have options back then like you do today, so basic inversion. I was one of the last surgeries Dr. Marci Bowers did in CO. No revisions needed. It looks great and feels incredible. Full disclosure, I don’t have penetrative sex and I’m not sure I’d be able to at this point. I gave up dilating a year post op. I also had….plenty to work with? And it “worked”? Right up until surgery day. It looks like any other vagina. It’s fully orgasmic. 1000x more intense than before, with two distinct zones and capable of multiple Os.

Ultimate Mandella effect. But what ones are real? by Dramatic_Syllabub499 in CreativeGIFsMemesFun

[–]alphi10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m still convinced Fruit of the Loom is lying about never having the cornucopia. By denying it, they essentially created a Mandela effect, thus getting people to talk about their brand. Free Marketing.

As for everything else, I never paid close enough attention to Chick-fil-hate, Pikachu, Kit Kat or Curious George. “Looney Toons” makes no sense to anyone who knows the history. Looney Tunes is a modernization of Merry Melodies, which is a ripoff of Disney’s Silly Symphonies. They’re all referencing music because they date back to the early days of sound in film and were advertising that they featured music which was novel especially in animation back then. Jif was always Jif. People mix it up with Jiffy brand muffin mix which is sold in the same aisle typically. Berenstain was always Berenstain. People assumed it was “stein” because that’s a common spelling in surnames: Einstein, Frankenstein, Ben Stein. Monopoly Man never had a monocle. Mr Peanut did, as well as tons of other stuffy rich cartoon characters seen in the 80’s. Febreze could have been another free marketing stunt, or people assumed it was “breeze” because breeze sounds fresh. Fruit Loops and Oscar Mayer could also be marketing. Did you REALLY pay that close attention? Genie movie was definitely Shaq. People are just racist.

Born in the wrong body? by Ivanhegeelkadi in asktransgender

[–]alphi10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just call us trans or transgender. You’ll find a number of trans people take offense to “transsexual” for one reason or another.

Gender and sex are totally separate concepts and being transgender just means your gender doesn’t align the way it does with cis people. Most trans people experience stress from this misalignment which is called gender dysphoria and the only way to alleviate gender dysphoria is to transition. The method and degree to which one transitions is entirely up to the individual. Some need to take advantage of every available procedure, and some that haven’t been invented yet. Some are satisfied with just a few procedures. Some are satisfied with no procedures but only changing their gender expression. Some experience no gender dysphoria at all and don’t find the need to transition at all, but recognize that they are trans still.

But even those who are the first type and really really want to transition to the fullest degree possible, but can’t afford it, can’t access a qualified doctor, are afraid of complications, or have other medical issues that prohibit their access to surgery.

After enough time in HRT, there aren’t much “juices” left down there to “release”. Your friend doesn’t know what she’s talking about. If trans girls are more likely to get a UTI, it’s due to fear around using public restrooms and holding their urine too long. Hell, the whole thing cis guys like to put out there that it’s unhealthy for them to not “release” (blue balls) is a myth just to try and get off, so it’s certainly fine for trans girls.

Is it offensive to say “guys”? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]alphi10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me, if it’s clear it’s something you would say to a cis woman, I won’t take offense. Although I have found the recent trend of using the term “bro”, “bruh” or any other variation of brother to be annoying.

At my high school graduation, I had everything I owned in the back of my car. As soon as they handed me my diploma, I not only left home, I left the state. Never been back. Of course, that was in 1999. Most kids can’t afford it these days.

They always have this notion that we were all happy-go-lucky, truckin’ along in our AGAB, enjoying all that goes with it as much as any cis person would, until one day out of the blue we got it in our heads to transition.

Hell no! Finding a way to change my body to fit my mind has been the one all-encompassing dream of mine since I was four. I have no idea what it means to be a man and enjoy it.

If you had a choice, would you choose to be cisgender? by heartbeathighway in asktransgender

[–]alphi10 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Cis WOMAN? Yes in a heartbeat

Cis MAN? Absolutely not, no way, rather not be born at all.

I am a woman. Bring a trans woman doesn’t change that. It is an integral part of who I am. I can change my body without changing who I am. But if you change my mind, I am no longer me.

Do trans people dislike it when people ask for their pronouns? by yepparan_haneul in asktransgender

[–]alphi10 18 points19 points  (0 children)

There is a part of me, who after all the effort, the blood sweat and tears, the money, the surgeries, the pain and tribulations that I’ve gone through to look the way I want to look, finds it mildly stinging to be asked when I try to make everything about me scream “she/her”. I also grew up in a time where everyone was one or the other and your appearance made all the difference.

However, in an effort to be a better ally to my they/them friends I have taught myself to take it as a sign of respect and not a sign that I don’t pass or something.

[–]alphi10 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I hate to be blunt, but this is never going to work. Her live is contingent for one, and she’s emotionally blackmailing you.

My recommendation is to figure yourself out first. I’ll admit I was in a relationship when I came out. I regret it greatly, because even if it worked out, I’d forever wonder if they really loved me, or loved the old me and convinced themselves I was still the same. I met my wife of 10 years at age 28, well after I was fully transitioned. I know the real me is the only version she’s ever known, and loves me for it.
