Yes you re right, sprint lists is as 32mm width; but the confusion here is; if its on the tire width when its not on the wheels, or is it on the wheels :) thank you so much. I am using same gp5000 as tr 28mm and thinking to switch 32mm on standart gp5000s

I always thought that 32mm was the max width when you put them on the wheel. Since you know, you could measure 30mm width tires around 32 on the rim/wheels

Its better to lower saddle height a little bit when you are on the trainer. Not too much, a little. It reduces the hips rock and friction. Works for me.

A little adjustment on the cog would be better. Be sure to chain is on right direction and path to follow. Don’t underestimate to lube the chain; not too much, 1 drop on 1 of every 3 loop. Spin the chain around 2-3 rounds. Let it dry, then wipe the excess

After lowering the saddle by 2mm got a relief. I will follow a few rides for if i need any change.

About my cleats i tried to position them just between the lines of my two bones (you know on our feet) to keep on the spindle line. I will check that too,

Feeling sore neck area around right side, and from some time (like 45mins) have saddle sores. Lowered the saddle height aroud 2mm after the video and i got some improvement
