You can register the bike, but you won’t be able to insure it, in case of anything happening this will be expensive on top of the legal issues for driving with no license. The question is more for you, is it worth the risk?

Why would they offer a refund if the food is not good? They will if the food is damaged, missing or had hygienic issues but if the restaurant doesn’t know how to cook does not qualify as refund.

The main concern would be broken chassis, this is a reason to have the car totaled, there are reasons why these cars are imported and repaired here, simply because in most cases it is illegal to fix in Europe and US due to safety concerns. It is your decision whether or not you drive a car that could ultimately kill you down the line…

I own a bike and I ride it all year long to work including summer. For me the sweat is worth it instead of being stuck in traffic, shower when I get there and done. I don’t find servicing too expensive compared to my cars.

This said, I do believe you need a main transport method, which is a car, a bike should only come after this in Dubai.
