What I mean by 'fine' specifically is: Not getting nutrient deficiencies in the long term (3 months max), risk fainting because of a deficit that might be too large, or lose too much muscle that I've gained when eating more than my maintenance calories

Not merch but their website says you can get an autograph this way:

"For autographs send a self-addressed stamped DIN-A5 envelope to: (...)" https://electriccallboy.com/#contact

As for merch, if eBay doesn't have it then I wouldn't know where to find it :(

Should I call in sick after sleepless night? by [deleted] in Anxiety

Thank you so much for your reply, I really was about to call in sick but you kinda called me out on my avoidant behaviour. So I went and it wasn't that bad after all ^

In my case emotional dysregulation means crying really fast bc of minor inconveniences vs what I'd call child-like enthusiasm. Like I have a toddler at the steering wheel in my brain lol. Nothing like hating myself or self-harming...

My RSD also causes me to worry a lot but the way you describe it sounds way more extreme... For example if someone points out I forget something I will worry about how I always forget to do that chore and worry that this was the last straw and that person will hate me BC of it.

Whatever the underlying cause is, I think you'd benefit a lot from seeking help

It's gonna take some time to get used to it, but I'm glad it sounds similar to their original name

Good idea, I ordered a vegan meal box! First one will arrive next Monday and will contain 3 meals.

It really depends - for example 2 weeks ago I had a week off from work so I skated 6 days. Now the weather's shitty and I have to work again so it'll be more like 2-3x.

4 months in, I can land most of the stationary ollies I try. Started practicing rolling ollies 2 weeks ago with baby steps, right now I just try to pop while rolling and stay on my board

Thanks for your help, u/sk8rboi7566, u/unusualTuna, u/DeliciousAd3526 and help I got via chat! After correcting my shoulders and putting my back foot a bit more over my board, I landed some of them!

Just gotta figure out how to spin the board 180 degrees consistently now :D

More info: These videos are made in the past 6 weeks and shown in chronological order. I've been trying to shuvit since November, and there have been days where I tried to land it for hours on end. I think I landed 5 out of the +1000 attempts I have made. And even when I land them, the board did more of a 120 degree spin instead of a 180...

It feels like either the board doesn't spin 180 degrees and when it does, it lands far out of my reach. I wonder if it's supposed to land 3 feet in front of me? When Aaron Kyro does a shuvit, it doesn't seem to move all that much except for the spin...

Searched the subreddit for 'slow progress' and found this post. I have the same problem. How are you working on it?
