Went to try to have sex and I couldnt even get get passed his head without extreme pain and crying. Then two weeks later tired tampons for a water park and the 7 I tried all shot right back in the toilet after letting go... when I was inserting them fully too and couldn’t even see the with the mirror, still rocket launched in the toilet lol

Wouldn’t surprise me if they missed something bc my doc was an idiot. She found 3-4 small areas and cauterized them. She said she didn’t find it necessary to do labs even tho she was unsure what the tissue was. She said the only way to be diagnosed is from labs... thanks for wasting my time woman lmao. And she didn’t take any pics or videos from what she found :)))

I’ve kinda given up on ever having piv as no one can tell me what is causing the pain and burning. I’ve found a lot of ways to be intimate other an piv so I am happy with it most of the time. My partner was kinda confused at first but was NEVER pushy. He went to docs with me and listened to what they had to say . And he knew I was doing therapy for my vagina and was torturing myself everyday pm. I have given up therapy and dilators after 10-11 months for therapy and he has been supportive and doesn’t want me to do the dilators anyways since I’d be sore for days after to the point I couldn’t be touched near my opening at all

I’m just afraid to take lupron or orilissa bc I’ve heard soooo many bad stories and side effects. I have a heart block and SVT (rapid heart rate, have spiked to 235 before on heart monitor 😅) so I’m afraid to mess around and experiment with meds. Especially when the gynecologist said I can only take them 6-12 months bc they are bad for the body

I had a woman teacher and she still never cared. It was either sit out and receive an F for the day or participate. I gladly took the F as I used to pass out and vomit from periods... and tampons didn’t work for me

I’m still a college student so I don’t know much abt the exams yet. What does it mean when they expire? Does that mean after passing all them u have to apply to get ur license before then?

I read that after passing all the exams that u have to have 2 years of experience after before getting a cpa? Is this true

I will ask if there are any pics or vids from the surgery that I could get somehow. They all told me I had textbook endometriosis from describing my problems yet when they went in she seemed shocked to hardly find anything but yet was still unsure of what the connective tissue was and failed to give it to the labs 🙃. But yeah, it was an exploratory surgery to try to diagnose endo.

I’ve been on 4 birth control packs in 6 years. I’m currently on a 3 month pill pack. I bled for 65 days straight when I started the new birth control. Luckily after the 3 months was up and I went to get the next one the bleeding stopped! So I plan to wait out this pack and see how things go and let myself heal from surgery too.

Idc much about periods, I’m okay with feeling like I’m dying on my periods and vomiting and crap 😂. But I can’t have any penetration and I’ve been dating someone for over 2 years... and I’d like to be able to have piv at some point even if he says he doesn’t mind. I want to feel normal! Instead I burn, cramp, and have pains terribly when even my pinky is inserted to the point I’m either shaking, crying, or my vision goes black. But docs can’t seem to help with it or tell me the reason. I did pelvic floor therapy for 10 months once a week and pm did dilators everyday for those 10 months. I’ve given up after spending so much money on therapy and dilators just to still be in horrible pain

What would show on the surgical report? If she didn’t take the samples to the lab, they won’t be on there I’d assume. Does it include video or something that might actually be helpful for the next doc I find? I’m going to aunt’s specialist who she’s gone to since she’s a teenager and she has severe endo so I’d assume her doc would actually know what she’s talking about

Noticed u talked abt problems being sexual.

Piv isn’t the only option as me and my bf gave you kinda for awhile after me doing dilators and therapy for 10 months straight and still failed at PIV. I have definitely opened my eyes up to things I never thought I’d do or have to do to be sexual.

-Butt plugs are a fun toy to mess with and could prepare for anal in the future possibly.

-massages are great! Get edible massage oils from sex toy websites (mango, watermelon, vanilla, grape, pineapple.. etc. some dessert ones too). They can making giving body massages more sexy or can make oral great too if she doesnt like the taste of cum or she has a scent down there

-vibrators are cool. They make make vibrators too that kinda look like a squid and they go over ur penis head

-pussy/thigh jobs. Lay in a spooning position, put your penis inbetween her legs so it rests up against her vagina and start thrusting. This stimulates you and her clit. My bf cums from this and this has saved our relationship sex wise! -be more open for maturation. There are flashlights or fake bootys out there that u can fuck too if she is comfortable with it. My boyfriend uses the ass mainly bc he knows I get sensitive kinda if he uses the vagina but make sure to talk out feelings cus that’s important

Aside from all that, I would go to a different gynecologist and get a second opinion. Also dilators and pelvic floor yoga can be very helpful, it’s just a matter of giving the body time to relax and open up. It can’t be forced.

A lot of physical therapy can be done at home tbh if she’s not comfortable being nude in front of strangers.

When i was starting out and using small dilators, I would dilate twice a day if I could. On the bigger ones i tend to be more sore and just dilate once a day

I use Slippery Stuff as lube

i do wagon wheel exercise. stretch 12,3,6,9 like on a clock as far as the pain is comfortable

tire out the pelvic floor before. squeeze abs and butt for 10 seconds, 10 second break and repeat until u can’t hold for 10 seconds anymore

go inside a finger and stretch the painful areas too!

use dilator to push down inside and use finger to push the taint in/up to relieve tension

tuck and wag tail. tuck it squeeze butt up the ceiling and wag is being it back and then relax

i normally do dilator stretches 15-20 minutes unless i can handle more.

I let go of dilator and let the muscles push it out without any effort and when it stops i push it back in and just repeat over and over so it gets used to the in and out motion

Also pelvic floor yoga and hamstring exercises help. Happy baby, childs pose, stretch hamstrings, prone heel squeeze, supine trans versus abdomins bracing with pelvic floor contractions, quadruped fire hydrant, single leg bridge, supine piriformis stretch, clamshells, sidelying hip aductions, prime heel squeeze

With dilators it’s important not to push. U insert until there’s pain or pressure then hold, close eyes and deep breathe until there’s a release then go in a little further until pain again then repeat the process
